Refund Policy & Withdrawals
Candidates who withdraw their admission before the official deadline remain eligible for a refund after the applicable processing deductions. Missing the withdrawal deadline generally results in forfeiture of the acceptance fee.

Always complete payments through the official UCEED IIT Bombay counselling portal. Avoid third-party links, unofficial payment requests or direct bank transfers unless specifically instructed through official communication.

Validate Category Certificates
If you are applying under OBC-NCL, SC, ST or EWS, ensure your certificate has been issued within the validity period specified in the official counselling brochure. Expired or incorrect certificates may lead to cancellation.
Don’t Wait Until the Last Minute
